Project Overview

NjiwaHub is a smart, intuitive property management web application currently under development by Devure Technologies. It is designed to serve Kenyan landlords, real estate agents, and property managers who oversee multiple tenants, units, or buildings, whether in urban apartments or semi-rural setups.

As the property landscape in Kenya continues to expand, many landlords still rely on paper records, WhatsApp conversations, or Excel sheets, leading to disorganization, delayed payments, and tenant miscommunication. NjiwaHub aims to digitize and simplify this chaos.
