Problem

Manual attendance tracking can be unreliable, time-consuming, and difficult to audit.

Management needs a reliable way to:

• Track employee clock-in and clock-out times
• Ensure staff are present at their assigned stations
• View attendance data centrally and export records for reporting

Manual logs and basic spreadsheets do not scale and lack verification.

Solution

We designed and built a web-based attendance management system focused on accuracy, accountability, and administrative control. Employees clock in and out from their assigned stations, with GPS data captured to verify location. Administrators manage employees, roles, and stations from a central dashboard and can review daily attendance records in tabular form.

Value

The system reduces manual tracking, improves attendance accuracy, and provides clear, exportable data for operational and payroll decisions. It is designed as a foundation that can be extended with additional reporting and automation as organizational needs evolve.
